Sanlam Corporate is pleased to offer a distinctive learnership opportunity designed to provide young, motivated individuals from designated groups with valuable practical experience in a corporate setting. This program is a key element of our Young Talent Strategy, feeding directly into our Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) and establishing a robust talent pipeline for our organization. SANLAM Learnership Program Highlights:

Monthly Allowance: | Provided along with financial assistance for study purposes |
Qualification: | National Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4) |
Training: | Includes on-the-job training, classroom lessons, continuous coaching, and mentoring |
Portfolio: | Participants will compile a Portfolio of Evidence to submit to InSeta |
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Sanlam’s products, services, and operational processes
- Engage in classroom-based lessons and practical onsite training
- Assemble and submit a Portfolio of Evidence
- Complete logbooks for workplace learning
- Achieve required levels in formative and summative assessments
- Perform tasks and duties as outlined by the manager
Minimum Requirements for SANLAM Learnership Program
- South African citizenship
- Unemployed status
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Grade 12 with Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy/Accounting and English, each with a minimum mark of 50%
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Willingness to complete the full 12-month program, including the qualification
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Reliable transport access
