Key Responsibilities
- Utilize acquired knowledge to address factors influencing current trade performance and manage opportunities and risks.
- Optimize stock management to align with critical paths and achieve KPIs.
- Contribute to assortment planning based on current trade, post-mortem analysis, and seasonal strategies. MR Price is hiring
- Forecast financial plans and identify variances in sales, orders, and stock.
Current Trade Analysis:
- Extract and analyze KPIs by sub-department for the season.
- Draft reports outlining performance-impacting issues.
- Assist with in-season re-forecasting to address current trade variances.
Stock and Allocation Management:
- Convert store sales plans into stock plans using OTS (Open to Ship) and adjust SAS (Strategic Allocation System) allocations.
- Complete monthly zero-based plans (ZBP) to address missed opportunities.
- Conduct store grading in APS (Assortment Planning System) to provide unit buy recommendations.
Assortment Building:
- Collaborate with the buying and planning team to build assortment plans.
- Assist in creating profiles, store grading, and unit buy recommendations.
- Maintain profiles and grades in APS and analyzed reports for location planners.
Product Allocation and Stock Management:
- Adjust and balance forward allocations to ensure store requirements are met.
- Monitor stock for new store openings and report variances.
- Finalize allocations and assist with store consolidations.
- Address issues with store service levels and coverage ratios, supporting the team with action plans.
