Tasks

As a Junior Learner, your responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Participating in all scheduled classroom-based training sessions

  • Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

To be eligible for the ABSA Junior learnership programme, applicants must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • A completed Degree or an equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  • Must be proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be unemployed and not currently enrolled in any other learnership or academic program.
  • Must be available full-time for the whole 12-month program period.
  • Must not be more than 30 years old at the time of application.
  • Applicants must be South African citizens or permanent residents.
  • Submit a detailed CV, including contactable references
  • Include certified copies of academic credentials, identity document, and proof of address
