Steve Biko Academic Hospital is currently looking for general cleaners

We are looking for candidates who have a flexible approach, good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to use their own initiative.

The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving high standards of cleanliness in clinical or non-clinical areas and for ensuring that a clean, safe and comfortable environment is maintained for patients and visitors.

As part of our service improvement programme, we have a number of vacancies for cleaners with a wide variety of shift patterns available. Available shift lengths are between 3 hours and 7.5 hours throughout the day both in the week, and at weekends. Shift patterns can be created to suit your individual needs.

Requirements

Minimum education level: Grade 10 /N2

Language(s): English

Availability of change of residence: Yes
