The role of the Route Service Representative
- Build solid, positive relationships with customers.
- To grow new products and services within your established route and new businesses within your service area.
- Safely drive and operate a company vehicle in a designated area to provide products and services to a variety of customers.
- Loads/unloads products per company policies, procedures, and guidelines, assuring your safety at all times.
- Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and can communicate these to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Strive to generate goodwill and loyalty for the organization while professionally performing your work at all times.
- Promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
- Attend appropriate technical and manufacturing training.

Requirements
Motivated to excel in position.
Excellent communication skills
Good Math skills
Must be currently authorized to work in South Africa.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 lbs and load/unload product from the truck without assistance.
Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 75+ lbs. Blue Ribbon is Hiring
