Job Summary
As a Human Capital Learner, you will help with fundamental HR operations such as onboarding, administration, wellness, learning and development, and reporting. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, and your contributions will help to achieve real-world commercial results.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be unemployed
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Finished a Degree/NQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Available to devote full-time to the 12-month programme
Key Responsibilities
- Offer broad administrative support to the Human Capital staff.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Keep correct employee records and filing systems.
- Coordinate wellness and staff engagement activities.
- Assist with learning and development logistics and assistance.
- Capture data and help to compile HR reports.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR tasks.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintains secrecy and professionalism.
