- Fully Remote | South Africa-Based
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM UK Time
- Salary – R25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues efficiently.
- Maintain correct client records and update databases as necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- No prior experience is needed; comprehensive customer service training is provided.
