Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to give customers a great shopping experience – Assist shoppers in finding the goods and products that they are looking for – Attend to customer queries/complaints
Cashier responsibilities include processing card and cash payments, processing laybys, processing client refunds, reporting issues and inconsistencies to the supervisor, and balancing till
Merchandising – Ensure that stock is correctly priced and displayed – Ensure product availability on the sales floor – Housekeeping – Keeping up to date with promotions
Risk: Verify that items are labeled in accordance with corporate guidelines. Taking part in stock takes, keeping an eye out for fraud and shoplifting, and
