PURPOSE:
To guarantee that quality items are received and packaged for clients in accordance with standard operating procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Observe SOP while maintaining standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
- Prepare menu items in accordance with SOP while keeping service moving quickly.
- Provide great customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Restaurant and fast-food service experience; a minimum of one year of similar experience is necessary.
- Customer Service
- Good Verbal Communication Skills
- National Senior Certificate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Senior Certificate (preferred)
- Senior Certificate (required)
- Well-developed Literacy skills
- Well-developed Numeracy skills
- A year of retail cashiering experience (preferably in a QSR setting)
