What You’ll Be Doing
Selected candidates will be in charge of providing essential public services such as UIF claims processing, client support, labour law enforcement, and administrative support. Roles are distributed across many categories, such as:
- Client Service Officer: Customer Services (84 Posts)
- UIF Claims Officer: Paymaster (68 Posts)
- UIF Claims Officer: Assessment (72 Posts)
- UIF Employer Services Officer (80 Posts)
- UIF Client Service Officer (120 Posts)
- Client Service Officer: Quality Assurer (118 Posts)
- Client Service Officer: Inspection and Enforcement Services (8 Posts)
- Client Service Officer: Public Employment Services (PES) (11 Posts across two listings)
- UIF General Positions (99 Posts)
Depending on the position you are applying for, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Offer client screening and advising services.
- Complete UIF applications and register continuation forms.
- Provide employer compliance and registration help.
- Ensure the enforcement of labour legislation.
- Conduct quality assurance for client service.
- Provide administrative and clerical support.

- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (compulsory for all roles)
