Receptionist Job
This receptionist job is an excellent chance for an organized and people-oriented individual to play an important part in the smooth operation of the organization’s reception and administration operations. The role’s aim is to offer professional receptionist and administrative services by greeting guests, answering phones, performing basic clerical tasks, and maintaining smooth communication between departments and external clients.

Tasks
- Handle and ensure the smooth daily functioning of general administrative tasks
- Perform all necessary typing and word-processing assignments
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming letters to the appropriate departments.
- Compile and send outgoing correspondence promptly
- Manage parking arrangements for visitors
- Welcome clients and arrange with the necessary workers before walking them through.
- Reserve boardrooms for scheduled meetings
- Make photocopies and obtain files from the Registration Section as necessary.
- Collect and distribute internal communications from support services
- Carry out daily computer-based tasks
- Answer phone calls on behalf of senior people as needed.
- Record and compile minutes of meetings upon request
Qualifications
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is essential
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary (e.g., email and Microsoft Office apps).
- Having a valid Code B driving license is advantageous.
- Applicants must agree to undertake screening and fingerprint verification at their own expense.
Experience
- At least one year of relevant job experience in administrative support services.
- Previous experience in front-desk, clerical, or receptionist roles will be very desirable.
- Experience with public-facing tasks and internal communication handling is desired.
