The Regional Administration Learnership will be headquartered in Sandton and will be responsible for providing critical administrative and operational assistance to the Regional Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective decision-making.

About the Regional Administration Learnership
As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Sales and Promo Feedback Management: Collect and collect daily sales and promotional feedback from Team Leaders and Representatives via WhatsApp groups, ensuring that all data is complete and authorized.
- Serial Number Stock Sheet Management: Ensure weekly stock submissions from Team Leaders and agents, validate starting packs and airtime quantities, and receive all relevant clearances.
- Stock Handover Management: Upload signed Stock Handover Notes to SharePoint, match received inventory to orders, and handle refunds from terminated agents.
- Monthly Stock Orders: Validate stock orders to ensure they are accurate and represent only active agents, and notify any inactive or missing agents.
- Number Change Requests: Team Leaders and agents can log requests for number changes on Jira.
- Weekly Stock Counts: Upload correct weekly stock count data to SharePoint to verify they are consistent with daily records.
- Ad-Hoc AOD Requests: Send Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) requests to the finance department as needed.
- Daily and weekly reporting: Share updated RICA and Activations reports on a daily basis, as well as weekly Connections reports sorted by Team Leader.
Learnership Requirements
Education:
- A Grade 12 / Matric qualification is essential.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
- Capability to manage various jobs efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support function will be beneficial.
