A Pathway to Employment for Young South Africans

The Ctrack YES Programme unemployed youth aged 18 to 29, providing them a 12-month contract with on-the-job training and a monthly payment of R5000. It is available to young people who have completed at least Grade 12, reside near Centurion (Irene), and want to obtain practical experience in a professional setting.

Who Can Apply?

To guarantee that the correct applicants are chosen, Ctrack has established the following requirements:

Age: Must be between 18 and 29 years.
Employment Status: Must be unemployed.
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
Education: At least a Grade 12 qualification.
Residency: Must live near Centurion (Irene).
Record: No criminal history.
Availability: Must be available from 1 May 2025.
Added Advantage: Possessing an appropriate qualification or a valid driver’s license.

Additionally, candidates must not have participated in any previous YES Programme.

1. Technician (3 Positions)

3. Building & Facilities Assistant

Physically active individuals will thrive here. The work include making repairs, doing maintenance, and assuring the building’s safety and cleanliness..

4. Human Resources Administrator

Ideal for organized persons with a passion for people. Responsibilities include onboarding, assisting with recruitment, and handling admin work.

5. Training Administrator

Best for those who enjoy planning and coordinating. This role involves preparing training materials, managing events, and maintaining schedules.

6. Receptionist (2 Positions)

This front-of-house position, which involves receiving phones, welcoming guests, and organizing schedules, will appeal to those who are polite and well-spoken.

7. Software Crystal Onboarding Admin (2 Positions)

For the tech-savvy and detail-oriented, this job involves onboarding clients to internal systems and providing basic user support.
