The following entry-level employment openings are available for applications:
1. Admin Clerk: Loss Control and Vehicle Monitoring
Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng

Salary: R228 321.00 per annum plus benefits (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12(Matric). Driving license. No Experience.
Duties:
- Management of paperwork obtained from user departments indicating a loss: Receipt and sorting of paperwork, recording of all documentation received or leaving in a control register, validating if it is an existing file or a new matter, Documents are distributed to the responsible official.
- Assessing the completeness of the documentation and information received: Inspecting and perusing the documentation and information received to ensure that it meets the required standard (e.g., Completeness of reporting).
- Check that all of the required documentation is connected. a) A loss control form; b) Trip authorization; c) A police report and case number; d) Identity Document (ID); e) Driver’s License; f) Statement from the driver, Follow up on any unresolved concerns. Issuing a Loss Number: Registering the incident in the control register and capturing it on FIS.
- Closing Stolen Vehicle Contracts: Closing the contracts for stolen automobiles on FIS. Update the status of stolen and recovered automobiles in the FIS system.
- Follow-up with ICT if the contract requires not close, Consolidation of weekly reports.
2. Administrative Clerk (Koedoespoort)
Location: Koedoespoort, Gauteng

Salary: R228 321.00 per annum plus benefits (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). No Criminal Record. No Experience Required.
Duties:
- Capture Chauffeur Services Requisitions: Capturing trip requests, monitoring the pending list, allocating requisitions accordingly, and confirmation of services to be delivered to the customer.
- Ensure that all vehicle expired license discs are checked receive and placed on the vehicles: Regularly inspection for validity of license Discs, ensure that user department receive license discs; keep a record of received/distributed license discs.
- Dispatched and receive automobiles to and from clients. Verification of all service-related paperwork.
- Inspection of the car.
- Implement appropriate chauffeur services and information management on the web-based Fleet Information System (FIS): Monitoring of captured chauffeur journeys.
- Maintain a record of daily chauffeur actions.
3. Admin Clerk: Financial Accounting
Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng

Salary: R228 321.00 per annum plus benefits (Level 05)
Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). A valid code 08 Driver’s license. No experience is required.
Duties:
- Maintain the invoice registers and statement of accounts.
- Record all incoming invoices in the register, including the date received and the service provider; call all service providers to submit or upload invoices on EIS; contact all service providers to submit statement of accounts at the end of the month; send confirmation letters to service providers to confirm outstanding balances; and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Record keeping (filing): Filing of all relevant accounts payable paperwork.
- Obtaining certification from project managers: Make sure that the bills you receive are delivered to the appropriate project managers for signing.
- Managing the communication of all documents (claims and invoices) for scanning at e-gov: Coordinating with messengers for papers that must be forwarded to the e-gov department.
- Sending remittance advice to service providers: Ensure that remittance is provided to service providers following each run.
4. Administrative Clerk (Bedfordview)
Location: Bedfordview, Gauteng

Duties:
