Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming consumer calls and conduct outgoing follow-up calls.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Document call details and update customer records
  • Follow up on client complaints to guarantee their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer literacy, especially experience with CRM systems (training is offered).
  • Ability to work remotely with a steady internet connection and a peaceful environment.
