Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Assistants at Core Group will play an important part in the warehouse’s smooth day-to-day operations. The primary responsibilities include:

Pick and Pack Stock for Orders

Warehouse Assistants will be in charge of precisely choosing and packing goods for orders, ensuring that the correct items are packed and ready for shipping.

Stock Control and Inventory Checks

Keeping track of stock levels and doing frequent inventory inspections are critical aspects of the job. Assisting with the organization and management of stock will be a regular part of the daily duties.

Assisting with Receiving, Ticketing, and Moving Stock

Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Matric Certificate: A minimum of a Grade 12
Valid South African ID: Only South African citizens with a valid ID will be considered for this position.
Living in the East Rand of Johannesburg: Preference will be given to candidates who reside in or near the East Rand area of Johannesburg, ensuring proximity to the company’s Kempton Park location.
Some Warehouse Experience: Candidates that live in or near Johannesburg’s East Rand area will be given preference, since this ensures access to the company’s Kempton Park facility.
Some Warehouse Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred, however even minimal experience would be considered. Those with a desire to learn and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
