What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Assist consumers by answering questions, giving product information, and fixing problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work towards achieving daily and weekly performance targets
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
