WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

To be considered for Emirates cabin crew you’ll need to be:

Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages are advantageous).
A natural team player with a personality that shines
At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high
Able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements

And have:

At least 0-1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform

JOB PURPOSE:

As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person people go to for help and advice when they fly with us, so you need to be courteous, perceptive, and able to provide the right support.

Being a member of the cabin crew is much more than just a service position; safety is our first priority. You’ll need to lead confidently and take control when it comes to managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Here are some more qualities we seek for in our cabin staff:

You’ve had more than a year’s experience in hospitality/customer service
You have a good attitude and the natural ability to deliver outstanding service in a team setting, interacting with individuals from many cultures.
Your minimum qualification is a high school graduate (Grade 12)
You must be proficient in both written and spoken English (the ability to speak another language is advantageous).
You are at least 160cm tall and can reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
As Emirates cabin crew, you’ll be based in Dubai and will need to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements

Aside from the job requirements, you should be driven to constantly perform at the top level, solution-oriented, and capable of managing a rigorous work schedule. You should be able to provide a genuine experience to our consumers. You will be culturally informed and embody the Emirates personality: professional, empathic, progressive, imaginative, and cosmopolitan.
