We are delighted to announce the introduction of our Youth Development Program. This groundbreaking effort strives to provide young people with the resources they need to develop into future leaders.
This curriculum gives a once-in-a-lifetime chance to gain critical skills, be exposed to the retail sector, and obtain experience.
Program Overview:
- Name: Youth Opportunity (YES)
- Duration: 1 YEAR
- Location: Different provinces
Responsibilities:
-Enroll in a comprehensive training program designed to improve your leadership abilities, personal development, and retail sector knowledge.
-Participate in hands-on, practical experiences in several TFG departments to learn about the duties and responsibilities of various departments.
-As you go through the curriculum, you will engage with experienced experts and mentors who are dedicated to your growth and will provide guidance and help.
-Participate in projects, programmes, and campaigns aimed at improving young people’s lives, increasing community participation, and creating a sense of corporate social responsibility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement: completion of Grade 12 .
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Committed to personal development, the advancement of people to leadership roles, and the retail sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well both alone and in a collaborative atmosphere.
- People who are competent, versatile, and eager to tackle new problems.
