School Leaver Position: Office Administrator Learnership

Introduction

An asset finance broker is looking for a young, organized, motivated school leaver looking to begin their working career in the finance space. He / she would be responsible for completing multi-level administrative tasks in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

This position is ideal for an individual who is energetic and eager to expand their knowledge. The candidate would form part of a young team that prioritizes top performance and service delivery while benefiting from the growth in their department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting with general office administrative tasks as required.
Liaising with clients on required documentation.
Preparing deals for submission to funding partners.
Tracking & reporting on transaction progression.
Filing and Data capture to CRM.
Receiving and handling telephonic communication with customers.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

School-leaver with a Grade 12 certificate.
Fluent in English
Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Problem-Solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to learn

Experience:

Grade 12
Previous part-time employment advantageous.
