RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING (WIL) PROGRAMME (2025-27)

Necsa Group, through Necsa Learning Academy, contributes to skills development by providing a 24-month WIL Programme for qualified students to obtain skills, knowledge, and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Unemployed South African nationals aged 18 to 35 who are TVET College students and have achieved their N6 qualification are welcome to apply.
Applicants must present a statement from their school showing that they have finished the academic component of their study and need practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

 Electrical
 Instrumentation
 Fitter and Turner
 Mechanical Fitter
 Boilermaker
 Welder
 Plumber
 Civil Engineering

Applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will not be accepted, and if this is discovered after appointment, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Good interpersonal skills, professionalism and honesty, ability to work under pressure, and deadline-oriented. Successful applicants must be analytical and have a strong attention to detail. Ambitious and willing to learn.
