Job description

We are looking for a Team Member to join our team! As a Team Member, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our kitchen operates efficiently.

You will provide fast and courteous service, process orders, manage payments, and conduct other activities as needed. You’ll be responsible for getting tasks done efficiently so we can serve our customers delicious food.

What you’ll do?

This is a list of things that you will be expected to complete during your workdays.

Cook KFC items fast and precisely using cooking equipment.
Manage multiple orders while ensuring accurate preparation
Cut and prepare items for cooking according to the order specified.
Make sure each order is correct and well-packaged
Prepare and wrap food in specified order, following preparation guidelines.
Manage food supplies and equipment to work efficiently
Ensure the kitchen and cooking spaces are clean and safe.
Receive and store new supplies carefully
Properly store food to avoid rotting and preserve freshness.
Notify the manager if we’re running low on supplies or if equipment needs attention
Verify prepared food meets quality and quantity standards
Follow proper closing procedures carefully
Welcome customers with a friendly smile
Suggest items, specials, and promotions to customers
Use the cash register or computer to appropriately ring up orders.
Process several types of payment, such as cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
Assist clients with orders over the counter and via phone.
Deliver orders to consumers at windows, counters, or tables.
Keep the front of house neat and organized during your shift.
Accept extra tasks as required by management to assist keep the restaurant running smoothly.
Work efficiently in all roles and help the team.

Requirements
