Traffic Officer Trainee Learnership Opportunities for Unemployed Youth at the Joe Morolong Local Municipality
Joe Morolong Local Municipality, in partnership with the Department of Land Reform, is searching for adolescents from diverse communities who have the necessary credentials to begin training for a certificate in Road Traffic and Law Enforcement (NQF Level 4).
This is part of the Municipality’s commitment to tackling the high levels of unemployment among our young and providing the required opportunities for skill development.
The Municipality is seeking adequately qualified and jobless youngsters aged 18 to 35 who satisfy the minimal qualifications for a learnership in Road Traffic Law Enforcement. The training will be offered by Joe Morolong Local Municipality Traffic and will last 12 months.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South Africans who are in possession of the Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- SAPS Clearance results with no criminal record
- Medical Examination proof
- Applicants must continuously reside within the jurisdiction of the Joe Morolong Local Municipality.
CANDIDATES WILL:
- Be needed to pass a physical assessment and interview
- Be required to submit their SAPS Clearance results. No other criminal clearances will be acceptable
- Must maintain fitness levels and receive periodic fitness testing.
