Job Description
Sales and Service Delivery Focus (Supervision and support)
Facilitate smooth sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment for new and existing bank customers. Deepen Customer Relationships
Boost customer loyalty and company recommendations by offering a high level of customized service and fostering consultative connections with clients.
Sales conclusion and sales activation
Use your expertise to ensure that transactions are fulfilled smoothly and that consumer inquiries about purchases are promptly reported.
Making certain that every credit and fraud referral is looked at, handled, or escalated and handled through customer experience management
Engage with consumer groups in a way that improves the brand experience. Oversee transactional operations. Insurance, Loan, and Financial Advisor.
Work in accordance with the daily workforce plans and schedules that have been established, making any required revisions. Document and report in order to deliver accurate and timely information. Monthly reports that offer insight into trends and patterns are also provided.
Risk and Governance Follow and adhere to all internal and external risk and governance policies, standards, and processes, and report any associated risks.
