    Purpose Statement

    To welcome customers and control branch flow through efficient queue operation, provide great client service, help clients at the ATM, and execute transactions via any remote or self-service channels. This will provide you with the information, abilities, and experience you need to work in service consulting.

    Experience

    Minimum:

    • No experience is necessary, although the candidate must obtain a Grade 12 National Certificate.

    Ideal:

    • Some customer service experience in a retail, financial, or banking industry.

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
    • Knowledge
